Yay!

In exactly one month from today my real classes start! To clarify; by real I mean face to face as oppoosed to online - which is how I have been attending college since baby #2. Of course my schedule still has to work around My Love's so I have one "coffee class" (Psychology) on Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's from 8:30 a.m. (*gasps* hence the "coffee class") to 10 and then one night class (Nutrition, which I totally &hearts) on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 5:30 p.m. to 8:40. *lol* Just in case you were curious! ;p I will certainly not be seen serial blogging on said days and times... Not even from my iPod - like I am now.

What are you going to be when you grow up?

lol honestly I'm not sure.. so I decided on lots of things. For now I'm switching my major from nursing/premed to education. I haven't yet decided on elementary or secondary, professionally I would prefer elementary but I plan on homeschooling the kids for middle and high school so secondary may be bettter, I need to look into it more. The schedule is moreso conducive to raising children since you get summers and most of the same days off. (and the summer off means family road trips will be possible - since I hate staying in one place and it turns out my love is the boulder to my tumble weed). I'll minor in art, photography and english/journalism for my personal interest (from five to 16 I was certain I was going to be a photojournalist/freelance writer, then I realized my parents weren't going to be paying for school so I flaked off dropped out and did naughty things instead.) But eventually (when my love is done with his school and apprenticeships here and he is ready to go out and save the world on his own - he's going to be an environmental engineer) I'll go back for Nutrition and Food Science it's kind of a combination of all the thing I love or am fascinated by - except for you know creative writing and art. Unfortunately the only college that offers it is in Tampa and we just moved here for Hilary's school so I get to wait... and you know do that mom thing I do. *heh* I'll probably be going to college till I die. When I finish the I'd like to go back to culinary school but we'll see how everything works out.
